Garlic


Garlic is well known as a natural health remedy that has been used to treat various ailments . It is very easy in most of the countries of origin and can be eaten fresh or cooked . Easily included in the meal or can be eaten on their own. You need not be limited to fresh garlic either. Garlic powder or dried garlic flakes are equally effective and super easy to keep in the closet for everyday use .

It is recommended that adults consume no more than one nail to nail two or three times a day and that children have a room in a demi - gousse once or twice daily .
